Arrival & Departure
Your pod will be ready for you from 4:00 PM. We kindly ask that you vacate the premises by 10:00 AM on your day of departure. To allow our team enough time to prepare for the next guests, late departures are charged at £25 per hour (or part thereof).
Four-Legged Guests (Pets)
Please do not allow dogs on the furniture or leave them unattended in the pod. A surcharge of £10–£15 per night applies for up to two well-behaved dogs. Note: Any extra cleaning or damage required will be charged at cost.
Babies and Children
Families and guests of all ages are very welcome at SEApods. For our youngest guests up to 2 years old, we offer a complimentary stay provided they use a cot, which we are more than happy to supply upon request if you let us know in advance.
Smoking & Safety
All pods are strictly non-smoking. This includes E-cigarettes, vapes, and all other smoking accessories. Smoking is permitted only in designated open-air areas. For safety reasons, candles and other naked lights are not permitted inside the pods.
WiFi
We provide WiFi free of charge on an “as-is” basis. Due to our beautiful, remote location, service can occasionally be subject to interruption or withdrawal without warning. A fair usage policy applies.
Additional Visitors
To maintain the privacy and security of our guests, the pods and facilities are strictly for the use of those named on the booking. Please let us know in advance if you plan on having any daytime visitors.
Gift Vouchers
Please note that all SEApods gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Payment Terms
A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be settled at least 60 days prior to your arrival date. For any reservations made within 60 days of arrival, the full 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
Change of Booking Date
Booking dates made directly with us and through a booking agencey may be modified according to the following conditions.
There is no charge for a change of date requested 60 days or more before your arrival. For changes requested between 30 and 59 days prior to your stay, a 15% change fee applies; in this instance, the original booking will be cancelled with a 100% charge and a new booking will be created using a voucher credit equal to 85% of the value of your original stay. Please note that bookings are strictly non-changeable once you are within 30 days of your arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, so we aim to be as clear as possible regarding our cancellation terms.
If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival, a charge equal to 25% of the total stay will be retained as a forfeiture of the deposit, whereas for cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, the full booking amount becomes non-refundable. Please note that in the event of a “no-show” or a reduction in your stay after the arrival date, the full cost of the booking will be charged.
We highly recommend that all guests take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unexpected changes to their plans or travel disruptions.
Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent us from fulfilling your booking, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. In such cases, a full refund of all payments made will be issued.
